
Housing Opportunities for Persons With AIDS (HOPWA)
Overview​
The Serenity HOPWA Program provides housing assistance and supportive services for low-income individuals living with HIV/AIDS and their families. It aims to enhance housing stability and access to healthcare, ensuring comprehensive support for those affected by HIV/AIDS in the community.

Eligibility
To be eligible for the HOPWA Program, individuals must be low-income and living with HIV/AIDS, and they must provide documentation of their HIV status, income, and residency. Additionally, they may need to demonstrate their housing instability or need for supportive services related to their housing situation.

To apply for the HOPWA Program, clients typically need to provide several documents, including proof of HIV status, income verification, and residency documentation. Additional forms may include the Client Contact Form, Client Emergency Contact Form, and Serenity, Inc. Client Intake Form to collect necessary information for eligibility assessment.
